I had some strawberries that were starting to get slightly mushy (I’d bought them nearly a week ago), and I just made the rice milk the week before, so I decided to try combining the two. The result was this lovely strawberry milkshake! I used the undiluted rice cream and probably 7-8 strawberries of varying sizes (perhaps I should have weighed them).
This was much better than any other milkshake or smoothie I have made at home before – I would guess I usually don’t use enough fruit to the liquid/creamy part, but I think the neutral flavor of the rice milk also helped – I don’t much care for the flavor of regular milk.
